Junior Business Development

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be working with our Global Executive team and local partners to engage prospects, qualify sales opportunities and set up meetings for our Executive team.

Responsibilities

Follow up with referral leads to qualify them through effective follow ups, via phone and email

Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound lead opportunities

Assess and analyse a prospects current process and requirements and adapt the value proposition and conversation to their needs

Provide engaging and articulate information about x’Africa’s value proposition to potential customers and partners

Maintain well organised, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity reports in our CRM system

Collaborate with the referral partners and local business Development reps to develop the ongoing lead nurturing strategy and value proposition to meet and exceed targets.

You should apply if you have:

  1. 1+years outbound sales experience,and fantastic results to match
  2. Exceptional verbal communications kills,and confidence to pick up the phone and pitch.
  3. A highly organised and systematic approach to work.
  4. Great written communication skills.

Working hours

This is a hybrid remote / in-person role. You may be required to work from our office location from time to time, and this allocation may change

Overtime

Our client base is predominantly in Ghana and it is important that you are able to visit when required.
