Chioma (Chi) Nwafor leads xAfrica’s operational strategies, integrating them into daily operations to align with our Go-To-Market objectives. As CCO, he oversees xAfrica’s Implementation, Customer Success, Support, Training, and Strategic Alliances & Channels teams. Chi is a serial entrepreneur and business developer with over 20 years of experience at global corporations such as BHP Billiton, UnitedHealth Group, Valero Oil, CITGO, and Medallia. His focus on leveraging technology to enhance business models is a cornerstone of his leadership at xAfrica Inc.

Michael Adonteng
Michael Adonteng leads our global revenue strategy, focusing on sales strategy, growth acceleration, and client retention, drawing upon his extensive sales leadership experience. Additionally, he oversees our financial strategy and provides strategic financial input to the senior management team. With over 18 years of corporate experience, Michael is an international entrepreneur with a global reach, having held key positions at prestigious companies such as Oracle, Medallia, Salesforce, and Rackspace. His deep technology expertise and strategic insight are invaluable to xAfrica Inc.

Abdul Wahab Daud is the Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and Customer Relations at xAfrica Inc. Wahab leads our corporate and business development strategies, setting customer service standards and overseeing the customer relations excellence roadmap. With over 15 years of extensive experience in banking technology platforms across Africa, he has partnered with C-Suite stakeholders to drive growth and innovation. Wahab’s entrepreneurial background includes significant roles at companies such as SysLog Systems, where he honed his expertise in developing and executing strategic initiatives. His leadership in corporate development and customer relations is pivotal to xAfrica’s success and expansion.

Nana Akosua Owusu-Ansah
Nana Akosua Owusu-Ansah leads xAfrica’s Professional Services group, overseeing delivery operations, managing client relationships, and providing technical guidance. Her role is crucial in maintaining service quality and ensuring efficient project delivery. Nana collaborates closely with sales, marketing, product development, and other departments to align and coordinate the services portfolio and strategy. With over 10 years of experience in project and product management, technical expertise, and client partnerships, Nana has held significant roles at Vodafone, Surf Line Communications Ltd, and 10Alytics. Her leadership ensures that xAfrica consistently delivers exceptional professional services to its clients.

Jennifer Kwansema Quartey
Jennifer Kwansema Quartey oversees xAfrica’s project management processes, including governance, team leadership, tracking and monitoring, prioritization, communication, and quality controls. With a proven track record of successful project delivery, Jennifer excels in improving project management practices and has substantial team leadership experience focused on client success. Previously, she served as a program manager at Africa Sales Academy, where she was an instrumental catalyst for growth. Jennifer’s expertise ensures that xAfrica maintains excellence in project management and consistently delivers outstanding results.
